The Cartoonist

If you could provide names of the cartoonists that would be cool too. Also, a list of Black comic strip artists would help my cause.
To the first person that commented, please dont make this a race issue, I am an African American doing research on Black comic strips.

Hey everybody, im a student in ottawa, ontario. I love cartooning and am fairly decent at it but ide like to take my art skills to the next level and even go as far as to maybe start my own comic or something along the lines that pays too. i can do many other types of art too. plz and thank you

I’m trying to find out ANY info on the Disney artist Joe Witzerman. I have a drawing he did for my Mom probably around 1974 or 1975 of Donald Duck and a chipmunk (either Chip or Dale I think). It is signed and is a great drawing. I’m trying to find out if it could be worth anything.
